What We Can and Cannot Tell You
GMIE does not offer placement guarantees. We will not tell you that completing a course leads to a specific salary, a specific job title, or placement within a specific number of days after finishing.
What we can tell you is exactly what a student has after completing a GMIE course, and how that relates to what employers in Delhi NCR and across India are currently asking for in digital marketing roles.
Every student who completes a GMIE course leaves with a portfolio of reviewed projects. Not a certificate alone. Projects built inside real platforms, reviewed by a practitioner, revised based on written feedback, and presented as documented work.
A completed Full Stack Digital Marketing Course portfolio contains:
A student can open any of these in an interview and walk through what they built, the decisions they made, and what the data showed. That is what most employers in digital marketing are trying to evaluate in an interview: whether a candidate has done the work before.
[PLACEHOLDER: add a portfolio example, anonymized, if available. A real example is more credible than a list of what a portfolio contains.]
Hiring managers at marketing agencies, brand teams, and startups in Delhi NCR typically screen for the following when interviewing for digital marketing roles. This list is based on what Golden Markers observes in its own hiring process and in conversations with other agency operators.
Not define terms. Not describe what a campaign does. Set one up. The question in most interviews is not "what is Quality Score" but "show me how you would investigate a drop in Quality Score."
A GA4 report is available to anyone with access. Being able to read it and explain what it means is not the same as having access to it.
Employers want to see that a candidate has made a campaign decision, watched what happened, and adjusted based on the data. A portfolio project that shows this is worth more than a theoretical answer about optimization strategy.
Most marketing roles involve explaining decisions to colleagues or clients who are not working inside the platforms. The ability to present campaign data in plain terms is a skill, and it is evaluated in interviews.
GMIE's project review process is designed around these four requirements. The GMIE Project Review Framework evaluates strategy clarity, execution accuracy, data interpretation, presentation quality, and iteration. Those five criteria map directly to what most employers are testing in interviews.
The following roles are commonly filled by people with the skills covered at GMIE. This is not a placement list. It is a description of the job market in Delhi NCR and across India.
Most digital marketing interviews at agencies and brand teams in Delhi NCR include one or more of the following:
GMIE's project review process prepares students for all three. Completing a project, receiving feedback, revising it, and presenting it to a practitioner is the same sequence as a practical task plus portfolio review in an interview setting.
Completing a GMIE course does not guarantee employment. The following factors affect whether a candidate gets hired, and most of them are not controlled by any institute.
Hiring volume at agencies and brand teams in Delhi NCR changes with business conditions.
A student who completes all projects, applies feedback consistently, and can present their work clearly is in a different position from a student who completes the minimum requirements.
Four well-documented, revised projects are more useful in an interview than eight superficial ones. Quality of documented work matters more than volume.
Technical capability alone does not determine hiring outcomes. Employers evaluate communication, professional conduct, and fit alongside skills.
Staying current with platform changes, continuing to build projects, and applying consistently and deliberately after the course are entirely in the student's control.
Some students, after evaluation during the program, may be offered supervised exposure to specific Golden Markers agency projects when a suitable case arises. This depends on project review quality, attendance, professional conduct, and project availability. It is not guaranteed for every student.
When it happens, it gives the student one or more projects built from a live brief, reviewed under agency conditions. That is a different type of portfolio entry from a training project, and it is evaluated differently by employers.
[PLACEHOLDER: this section should be populated with verified data only. For example: percentage of students who completed all required portfolio projects, a sample of job titles held by alumni, a genuine testimonial from an alumnus willing to be named and quoted. Do not publish estimated or approximated figures.]
